Mars was once again named to Forbes’ America’s Best Employers for Diversity.
Mars believes the world we want tomorrow starts with how we do business today. In the world we want tomorrow society is inclusive for all intersections — including race, age, sexuality, religion and ability — to help create a world where everyone is thriving.
In their 2021, third annual ranking of the best employers for diversity, Forbes ranked Mars at #131 of 500 companies. Forbes collaborated with market research firm Statista to survey over 50,000 employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people in their U.S. operations. Respondents were asked questions regarding the topics of age, gender equality, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQA+ and general diversity concerning their own employer. The survey was independently conducted on companies from all industry sectors.
